αi SP 45 Spindle-Control Function
The A06B-6141-H045#H580 receives spindle commands from the FANUC CNC and regulates motor current, speed and torque through its IGBT power stage. The front status display supports alarm diagnosis, while the detector interface returns spindle-speed and orientation feedback to the control system.
Type A, Type B and HV Model Differences
A06B-6141-H045#H580 is the Type A, 200V-class αi SP 45. A06B-6142-H045#H580 is the related Type B version with two spindle-sensor inputs. A06B-6151-H045#H580 is the 400V-class αi SP 45HV model. These versions are not automatically interchangeable.
