αiPS26 Power-Conversion Function

A16B-2203-0630 provides power-stage interconnections within the αiPS26, linking the incoming supply, converter components, regenerative circuit and DC bus. The complete module converts AC power into the common DC link used by compatible FANUC servo and spindle amplifiers.

Control PCB and Revision Matching

This power board is not the separate control PCB. A06B-6110-H026 uses A20B-2100-0391, with A20B-2100-0761 documented as an older specification; A06B-6140-H026 uses A20B-2100-0390. Confirm the host module, unit number, A16B revision, control PCB, connectors and installed power devices.

Testing and Installation Notes

REACO CNC checks the label, revision, connectors, relays, power components, solder joints and applicable electrical functions. A fault may be associated with startup, DC-link or regenerative alarms, but the control PCB, supply, fuses and connected amplifiers should also be diagnosed. Qualified personnel must isolate power and allow the DC bus to discharge before service.
