αiPS 5.5 Power and Regeneration Function

Inside the complete αiPS 5.5 module, A16B-2203-0640 forms the wiring section of the power conversion assembly. The module supplies the common DC link for connected FANUC αi servo and spindle amplifiers and returns regenerative energy to the incoming power source during deceleration.

Compatible Module Variants

The board is documented in A06B-6110-H006 and A06B-6140-H006, but their control PCB specifications differ. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0641 for αiPS 11 or A16B-2203-0642 for αiPS 15. Match the complete module and board revisions.

Testing and Installation
