αiPS 15 Power and Regeneration Function

Inside the complete αiPS 15 module, A16B-2203-0642 forms the wiring section of the power conversion assembly. The module supplies the common DC link for connected FANUC αi servo and spindle amplifiers and returns regenerative energy to the incoming power source during deceleration.

Compatible Module Variants

The board is documented in A06B-6110-H015 and A06B-6140-H015, but their control PCB specifications differ. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0640 for αiPS 5.5 or A16B-2203-0641 for αiPS 11. Match the complete module and board revisions.

Testing and Installation
