PSM Internal Connection Function

The A20B-1007-0930 forms part of the power module’s internal electrical structure, providing the designed connection between matched assemblies. Correct operation depends on the associated control board, power board, connectors and mechanical installation. Replacing this PCB does not replace or upgrade the complete PSM.

Revision and Module Compatibility

Before purchase, compare A20B-1007-0930, the /01A or /02A revision, any A350 marking, connector positions, dimensions, mounting points and the complete A06B number of the original host module. Do not substitute A20B-1007-0920 or the related -0880, -0890, -0900 and -0910 boards based only on their similar appearance.

Testing and Installation Notes

REACO CNC checks the nameplate, PCB condition, contact pins, connectors, solder joints and applicable electrical functions before shipment. Isolate incoming power and wait for the DC bus to discharge before opening the module. Qualified CNC personnel should install the board with suitable ESD protection.
