Alpha SPMC Spindle-Control Functions
A20B-2001-0781 provides the control platform for compatible compact Alpha spindle modules. It works with the amplifier power board to manage spindle commands, feedback, protection and diagnostic functions.
SPMC-5.5 and SPMC-11 Compatibility
In A06B-6082-H206 SPMC-5.5 assemblies, the control board operates with the A16B-2202-0681 power board. In A06B-6082-H211 SPMC-11 assemblies, it operates with A16B-2202-0682. A20B-2001-0780 is associated with other SPMC configurations and should not be assumed interchangeable.
ROM, Edition and Testing Notes
Check the complete #H510, #H511 or #H512 amplifier suffix, ROM labels and PCB edition. REACO CNC inspects the board number, connectors, ROM, components, alarm functions and spindle operation in a compatible SPMC setup as applicable. Back up relevant spindle parameters before replacement.
