“Reborn” Your Parts

Before repair

Fanuc CNC system showing damaged and non-functional components before repair, with visible wear and diagnostic issues.
  • Parts may have faults, wear, or malfunctions.
  • Operational checks identify problems.

After repair

Fanuc CNC system after complete repair, components fully restored, cleaned, and tested for stable operation.
  • Fully tested and restored to original or improved performance.
  • Enhanced stability, reliability, and extended service life.

Maintenance Process

Step 1: Initial Assessment

  • Perform a visual inspection for physical damage. Record model, serial numbers, and reported issues.

Step 2 – Detailed Diagnostic Testing

  • Connect the part to a test bench (FANUC / Mitsubishi / etc.) to simulate real operating conditions. Use diagnostic tools or alarm codes to identify the root cause.

Step 3 – Quotation & Customer Approval

  • Once the diagnostic is complete, we will prepare a detailed quotation for the repair, including parts, labor, and preventive measures.
  • We will send this quote to you for review. Repair work begins only after you confirm and approve the cost.

Step 4 – Repair & Replace

  • Disassemble and access faulty components.
  • Clean, repair, and perform preventive maintenance such as tri-proof painting and consumable replacement to extend part life.

Step 5 – Retest & Quality Check

  • Retest on the test bench and perform load tests to ensure reliability.
  • Conduct final quality checks to confirm all performance and safety standards are met.

Step 6 – Customer Confirmation, Shipment & After-Repair Support

  • Send test videos and the repair report for your confirmation.
  • After your approval, pack and ship the part with tracking information.
  • Provide ongoing after-repair support and a 12-month warranty.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take for repair?

We typically start repair on the same day we receive your parts. Depending on the fault type, repair usually takes 1–2 days.

How is the cost calculated?

Costs vary by brand and model. Accurate quotes are provided only after inspection and fault confirmation.

What if it cannot be repaired? Is there an alternative?

If repair is impossible, we do not charge for repair (excluding return shipping and customs). We recommend an alternative model if available; otherwise, we explain the situation in detail.
