βiIP Spindle Performance
The motor supplies closed-loop spindle speed and torque. Its αiMZ sensor provides speed feedback and a one-rotation reference signal. Actual performance also depends on the amplifier, CNC parameters, transmission and machine design.
Exact-Model Replacement Checks
A06B-2499-B100, -B103 and -B150 are not automatically interchangeable. Confirm the suffix, shaft, flange, sensor, fan direction, terminal box, amplifier, cable and parameters. Use suitable lifting equipment.
