Single-Axis PWM Servo Control
The CNC controller processes position, velocity and current commands and sends a PWM signal to the A06B-6058-H005. The amplifier increases that signal to the power level required by the AC servo motor. Board LEDs support power, ready-state and alarm diagnosis.
Motor and Board Compatibility
A20B-1003-0090 and A20B-1003-0081 are documented for this amplifier. PCB revision, jumper settings, servo parameters, motor winding, pulse coder and discharge-unit requirements must match the machine. Do not substitute A06B-6058-H004, H006 or another unit based only on appearance.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the housing, boards, connectors, fuses, power stage, PWM response, ready signal and alarms as applicable. Back up servo parameters before replacement. Qualified personnel must isolate power and confirm that the DC circuit has discharged before touching the open-frame assembly.
