FANUC A06B-6232-H001#H610 is a level-up αiSVP 20/20/20-5.5-B servo/spindle multi-axis amplifier for 200V-class αi-B CNC systems. It combines three servo channels and one spindle channel.
Each L, M and N servo axis provides 6.5 Arms rated output with a 20 Apeak limit. The spindle section provides 29 Arms with HRV1 or 27 Arms with HRV2. This is not an AC power supply; it requires a compatible αiPS-B DC link. Also searched as A06B6232H001#H610.

Integrated Servo and Spindle Control
The module receives DC-link power from a compatible αiPS-B and controls three feed axes plus one spindle. FANUC documents it for selected 30i, 31i, 32i and 35i-B systems and 0i-F systems. Motor compatibility depends on the machine and parameters.
#H610 and Replacement Compatibility
The #H610 suffix identifies the level-up version with STO support. Confirm the full model, αiPS module, three servo motors, spindle motor, communication, connectors, software and parameters. Do not assume A06B-6230-H001#H600, H001 without its suffix, H003 or H004 is interchangeable.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the label, housing, fans, connectors, control boards, power stages, communication, STO circuit, alarms and all channels as applicable. Back up parameters before replacement. Qualified personnel must isolate power and confirm complete DC-link discharge before installation.
