αiSV20/20/40 Three-Axis Function
Inside the complete amplifier, A16B-2203-0680 provides internal wiring and terminal connections for the L, M and N servo axes. The αiSV series uses sine-wave PWM control with an IGBT bridge. The L and M axes are rated at 6.5 Arms with 20 Apeak limits, while the higher-capacity N axis is rated at 13 Arms with a 40 Apeak limit.
Verified Amplifier Compatibility
FANUC configuration documentation maps this board to A06B-6114-H304 and A06B-6117-H304. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0698 used in αiSV20/20/20 or A16B-2203-0696 used in αiSV4/4/4, even when the housings and connectors appear similar.
Testing and Installation
REACO CNC checks the label, PCB condition, terminals, capacitors, connectors, power devices, insulation and compatible amplifier operation where available. Isolate power and confirm that the DC-link charge indicator is off before service. Installation should be completed by qualified CNC personnel.
