αiSV360 Power-Stage Function
The board carries power-stage circuitry and interfaces with the control section and power modules. A damaged PCB may be associated with startup failure, overcurrent, DC-link or IPM alarms, but the control PCB, IGBT modules, motor, cables and incoming supply should also be checked.
Exact Amplifier Compatibility
A16B-2203-0875 is documented for the αiSV360 configurations above and should not be selected only because another amplifier belongs to the Alpha i family. Other SVM ratings use different power PCBs. Confirm the amplifier order number, unit specification, PCB revision, connectors, control PCB and power-module combination.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the part number, revision, connectors, solder joints, visible power components and applicable electrical functions. Qualified personnel must isolate power and allow the DC bus to discharge before installation. Record wiring and board positions, and back up CNC and servo parameters before service.
