The FANUC A90L-0001-0580#B is a compact 24VDC internal cooling fan motor for compatible FANUC αi-series power supply, spindle and servo amplifier modules. It circulates air inside the amplifier housing to remove heat from electronic and power components.
FANUC documentation identifies this part as the replaceable fan motor within selected A06B-6200 fan units. It is not the complete fan unit with its mounting cover. Confirm the full #B suffix, manufacturer label, wiring and connector arrangement before ordering.

FANUC Amplifier Cooling Function
Continuous airflow helps control the internal temperature of the amplifier. A worn or seized fan can reduce cooling and contribute to heat-related alarms, unstable operation or accelerated component ageing. Fan condition should be checked during drive maintenance and after abnormal noise or fan-stop alarms.
Manufacturer and Connector Variations
A90L-0001-0580#B may carry a SANYO DENKI or NMB fan label, with different stated current values. Do not select the replacement by current alone. Match the FANUC number, #B suffix, 40 × 40 × 28mm frame, wire count, connector type, lead length and airflow direction. A90L-0001-0580#A and #C are different configurations.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the label, frame, blades, bearings, lead, connector, startup and airflow before shipment. Isolate power and allow the amplifier DC bus to discharge before replacement. Install the fan in the original airflow direction and secure the lead away from rotating blades and high-temperature components.
