A90L-0001-0581 vs. External Fans

A90L-0001-0581 is normally the internal cooling fan. It should not be confused with A90L-0001-0577 or A90L-0001-0578 radiator cooling fans, or with A90L-0001-0580 variants used in smaller amplifier frames. Match the FANUC number, fan label, dimensions, voltage, current, connector and airflow direction.

Testing and Replacement

REACO CNC checks the label, housing, blades, bearing noise, connector, current draw, rotation and airflow before shipment. Replace a fan showing an alarm, abnormal noise, slow rotation or intermittent startup. Qualified personnel should isolate power and allow the amplifier DC link to discharge before removing the fan.
