AOD16D Output Function
The AOD16D converts CNC or PMC commands into 16 discrete source-current signals for compatible devices such as interposing relays, solenoids and indicators. Its outputs form two groups of eight points. Connected loads must stay within both the per-point and per-common current limits.
Replacement Compatibility
FANUC lists the earlier A03B-0807-C154 and A03B-0807-J154 with the same AOD16D basic performance. Still confirm the full nameplate, housing, terminal block and machine wiring. Do not confuse C154 with the negative-output AOD16C, protected AOD16DP or diagnostic AOD16DM.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the label, housing, terminal block, PCB, LED indicators, communication and available output channels before shipment. Isolate the machine and load supply, record all wiring and reconnect every common and output terminal according to the machine builder documentation.
