βiA1000 Absolute Feedback
The integrated βiA1000 pulse coder provides absolute position and speed feedback at 1,000,000 divisions per revolution. Correct operation also depends on the connected servo amplifier, feedback cable, CNC software, parameters and absolute-position system setup.
Exact B103 Configuration
A06B-2082 identifies the βiS 22/3000-B motor family. In B103, “1” specifies a straight shaft without keyway and no brake, while “03” specifies βiA1000 feedback. With no #0100 suffix, this is the standard IP65 version. B003, B203, B303, B403 and B503 variants are not direct substitutes.
Replacement, Testing and Installation
A06B-2082-B103 should not automatically be replaced by the earlier A06B-0082-B103 solely because both are called βiS 22/3000. Confirm the CNC generation, amplifier, connectors, feedback system, dimensions and parameters.
