FANUC A06B-6222-H015#H610 is a level-up αiSP 15-B spindle amplifier module in the FANUC SERVO AMPLIFIER αi-B Series. Designed for 200V-class CNC drive systems, it controls a compatible AC spindle motor using sine-wave PWM and an IGBT bridge.

This unit is a spindle amplifier, not an axis servo amplifier or standalone power-supply module. The complete #H610 suffix is part of the order number and must be checked during replacement.

αiSP 15-B Spindle Control Function

The amplifier receives power through the compatible αi-B drive system and regulates spindle motor current, speed and torque under CNC command. Its rated output depends on the selected HRV control mode. Motor capacity, acceleration duty and continuous output must be checked against the FANUC selection data for the installed spindle motor.

#H610 Replacement Compatibility

A06B-6222-H015#H610 is the level-up specification. Do not assume that A06B-6220-H015#H600, another αiSP size, or a similarly housed servo module is a direct substitute. Confirm the full amplifier number, power-supply module, spindle motor, feedback sensor, CNC series, PCB revision, connectors, software and spindle parameters.

Testing and Installation Notes

REACO CNC checks the nameplate, housing, connectors, cooling fans, control boards, power stage, communication, alarm status and spindle operation as applicable. Before replacement, back up CNC and spindle parameters. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel after isolating power and allowing the DC link to discharge fully.
