The A16B-2203-0590 carries the power-stage connections for both servo axes and provides the internal interface to the matching control PCB. The Type A/B and FSSB amplifier assemblies use different control boards, even though the A16B-2203-0590 wiring board is documented for both.

Interface and Board Compatibility

Confirm the complete A16B-2203-0590 marking, revision suffix, A06B-6079-H204 or A06B-6096-H204 nameplate, interface type and installed control PCB. Compare connectors, terminals, heat-sink mounting and component layout. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0591 through -0595 solely because the boards appear similar.

Testing and Installation Notes

REACO CNC checks the label, connectors, power terminals, solder joints and major components, followed by applicable electrical and dual-axis servo testing. Back up servo parameters, isolate power and allow the DC link to discharge completely before opening the amplifier.
