Power Wiring Board Function

Inside the αiSP 37, A16B-2203-0623 forms part of the high-current power and motor-output section. The complete amplifier uses sine-wave PWM control and an IGBT bridge to regulate the spindle motor. Because this PCB operates within a high-energy drive assembly, replacement should be performed only by qualified personnel.

TYPE A, TYPE B and Generation Compatibility

The same A16B-2203-0623 wiring board is documented for A06B-6111-H037 TYPE A and A06B-6112-H037 TYPE B, while their control PCBs differ. Do not confuse it with A16B-2203-0873, used in the later A06B-6141-H037 and A06B-6142-H037 αiSP 37 generation. A similar power rating does not establish interchangeability.

Testing and Installation Notes
