Both use VGA 640 × 480 resolution, but Mitsubishi specifies different display cables for the DU142 and DU141 families. Confirm the exact rear display label and cable set before ordering.

Difference Between FCA80H-4B and Related M80 Systems

FCA80H-4B is the 10.4-inch M80 Type B configuration using FCU8-MU511-001. FCA80H-4A has the same display size but belongs to M80 Type A and uses FCU8-MU512-001.
