Mitsubishi FCU6-HR411 M64S CNC Maintenance Memory Cassette

Maintenance Backup and Restore Function

Mitsubishi designates the HR411 as a maintenance cassette. It supports backup, transfer, and restoration of CNC data. A replacement cassette is hardware only and may not contain the correct user PLC, machining programs, or other machine-specific data. Preserve and verify the original data before replacement.

Compatibility and Data Matching

Match the complete FCU6-HR411 label and confirm the M64S control configuration. FCU6-HR410, HR412, and HR415 have different system or function assignments. FCU6-HR451 also appears in Mitsubishi's M64S compatibility tables, but it is not an automatic substitute: confirm the control configuration, cassette version, stored data, and machine-builder requirements. Do not infer storage capacity or memory medium from the model alone.

Testing, Replacement, and Packing
