HR337 and HR211 Board Set Identification
Mitsubishi HR337 is a CNC base I/O card rather than a CNC motherboard. It provides 64 digital input points and 64 source-type digital output points. HR211 is the smaller add-on card providing RS-232C and manual pulse generator interfaces.
FCU6-DX451 MELDAS 60/60S Application
Mitsubishi documentation lists HR337 and HR211 as configuration elements of the FCU6-DX451 source-output base I/O unit. The complete unit also contains its mounting panel and related structure, so this PCB set must not be described as a complete FCU6-DX451 unless those parts are included.
HR337 Source Output and HR327 Sink Output
HR337 uses a source-type output circuit, while HR327 is the corresponding sink-output I/O card used in FCU6-DX450 configurations. Although both provide 64 input and 64 output points, they must not be treated as direct substitutes.

HR337 is also documented in FCU6-DX221 and related Mitsubishi I/O configurations. The complete unit, add-on card and connector arrangement may differ, so compatibility must be verified from the original assembly rather than the HR337 marking alone.

Compare the original HR337 or HR337B marking, PCB revision, BN reference, HR211 card, connectors and output type. Record the CS1 and CS2 remote-I/O station settings before removal; duplicate or incorrect station numbers can cause communication errors.
Disconnect CNC and machine power before removing either card. Installation and functional testing should be completed by a qualified Mitsubishi CNC technician.
