The Mitsubishi MDS-EJ-V1-30 is a compact MDS-EJ Series 200V-class, one-axis CNC servo drive for compatible Mitsubishi CNC systems. Its integrated converter and servo amplifier use sine-wave PWM control for precise axis motion.

Integrated Servo Drive Functions
The MDS-EJ-V1-30 uses a converter with a resistor-regeneration circuit. Its regenerative and built-in dynamic braking, two-channel 0–5V analog output, and forced-air cooling support dependable motion control. Rated heat generation is approximately 50W; operating ambient temperature is 0–55°C.
Motor and Replacement Compatibility
Servo drives are not universal. Confirm the full MDS-EJ-V1-30 nameplate, axis count, supply voltage, motor and encoder combination, connectors, CNC software, parameters, and machine configuration. Do not substitute MDS-EJ-V1-15, MDS-EJ-V1-40, or the two-axis MDS-EJ-V2-30 because the housings or current codes appear similar.
Testing and Installation Notes
