The FANUC A06B-6150-H045 is an αiPS 45HV regenerative power supply module for 400V-class FANUC αi servo and spindle systems. Regenerative Power Supply Function

The αiPS 45HV supplies the common DC link for connected FANUC amplifiers and returns energy generated during motor deceleration to the incoming power source. System sizing depends on the combined servo and spindle motor output, acceleration cycle and regenerative load.

Understanding the 50kW and 45kW Ratings

FANUC lists 50kW as the module rated output capacity. A separate motor-selection table gives the αiPS 45HV a 45kW rated capability, with 102kW maximum and 137kW peak maximum capability. These are different selection criteria, not conflicting specifications.

Compatibility, Testing and Installation

Confirm A06B-6150-H045, the 400V class, connected αiSV/αiSP modules, AC reactor, control supply, connectors and machine configuration. Do not substitute a 200V αiPS or another capacity because the housing looks similar.

REACO CNC checks the label, housing, fan, boards, power stage, precharge circuit, status, alarms, DC link and regeneration as applicable. Qualified personnel must isolate all power and wait until the DC-link charge indicator is off before touching terminals.
