FANUC A16B-2202-0540 is the internal wiring and power printed circuit board used in the FANUC Alpha PSMR-1 power supply module A06B-6081-H101. It provides the module’s power-stage connection platform and works with a separate control PCB. This item is not a complete PSMR-1 module.
A /11C board revision has been observed in service. Other revisions may exist, so the full board suffix, host-module revision, component layout and connectors must be compared with the original unit.

PSMR-1 Power Board Function
The A16B-2202-0540 forms the wiring and power-board section of the PSMR-1. It supports internal power connections and operates with the module’s control PCB and power components. It should not be described or ordered as the A16B-2300-0100 or A20B-2001-0890 control board.
Revision and Module Compatibility
Confirm A16B-2202-0540, its full revision suffix, the complete A06B-6081-H101 module number and the module revision. Compare terminals, connectors, mounting points and the installed control PCB. Do not substitute A16B-2202-0541, A16B-2202-0542 or another similar PSMR board.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the identification, terminals, connectors, solder joints and major power components, followed by applicable electrical and functional testing. Qualified personnel must isolate incoming power and allow the DC circuit to discharge before opening the module.
