αiPS 30 Power and Regeneration Function

Inside the complete αiPS 30 module, A16B-2203-0631 forms the wiring section of the power conversion assembly. The module supplies the common DC link for connected FANUC αi servo and spindle amplifiers and returns regenerative energy to the incoming power source during deceleration.

Compatible Module Variants

The board is documented in A06B-6110-H030 and A06B-6140-H030, but their control PCB specifications differ. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0630 for αiPS 26 or A16B-2203-0632 for αiPS 37. Match the complete module and board revisions.

Testing and Installation

REACO CNC checks the label, PCB condition, terminals, connectors, capacitors, power components, insulation and compatible operation where available. Isolate power and confirm the DC-link charge indicator is off before service. Installation should be completed by qualified CNC personnel.
