The FANUC A16B-2203-0781 is an internal power supply PCB for the FANUC αiPSR 3 resistance-discharge power supply module. FANUC documentation assigns it to the A06B-6115-H003 module and A06B-6115-C003 unit specification.

αiPSR 3 Power and Regeneration Function
Within the complete αiPSR 3 module, the power supply converts incoming AC power for connected FANUC αi servo and spindle amplifiers. During motor deceleration, regenerated energy is dissipated through a separately selected regenerative discharge unit. The correct resistor depends on the connected motors, operating cycle and regenerative energy.
Compatibility and Replacement Checks
A16B-2203-0781 is documented for A06B-6115-H003. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0782, which is assigned to the higher-capacity αiPSR 5.5 module A06B-6115-H006. Match the board number, revision, connectors and power components to the original assembly.
Testing and Installation
REACO CNC checks the label, PCB condition, connectors, capacitors, terminals, power components, insulation and compatible operation where available. Isolate power and confirm the DC-link charge indicator is off before service. Installation should be completed by qualified CNC personnel.
