This service is designed for FANUC CNC systems showing PS5523 “WAITING THE OPTION CERTIFICATION” alarm.

REACO CNC will prepare a replacement memory card based on your original system backup data. The new card will be configured with your existing software information and the required PS5523 recovery files, so it can be installed and used directly on your machine.

Before shipment, we will provide a testing video for confirmation.

How It Works

Step 1 – Choose Your CNC System
Select the FANUC system version that matches your machine.

Step 2 – Place the Order
Order the memory card service according to your CNC system version.

Step 3 – Send Full System Backup to REACO CNC
Please send us the complete backup data from your original memory card.
This allows us to prepare the new memory card with the same software information as your current system.

Step 4 – REACO CNC Prepares the Memory Card
We will transfer your original software information and add the required PS5523 recovery files.

Step 5 – Testing Video Before Shipment
Before shipping, we will test the prepared memory card and send you a testing video for confirmation.

Step 6 – Install and Use
After receiving the card, you can install it directly into your CNC system.

Important: Full Backup Data Is Required

To prepare the new memory card correctly, please provide the full backup data from your existing FANUC memory card.
