M80V Type B Display-Integrated CNC System
Mitsubishi FCA80H-4BV is an official system-type designation for the display-integrated M80V Type B CNC. Its documented hardware configuration combines the FCU8-MU521-001 NC control unit with the FCU8-DU142-32 10.4-type color LCD touchscreen.
Axis configuration, control functions, registered software options, PLC data and machine application depend on the original machine-tool specification. The FCA80H-4BV designation alone does not confirm that two complete systems have identical software or machine data.
Verified FCU8-DU142-32 Touchscreen
The FCU8-DU142-32 is a 10.4-type color LCD touchscreen with VGA 640 × 480 resolution. Mitsubishi specifies a 290 × 220mm front outline and an approximate mass of 1.7kg. The display receives its internal power supply from the connected NC control unit.
Difference Between FCA80H-4BV and FCA80H-4B
FCA80H-4BV belongs to the M80V generation and uses FCU8-MU521-001 with FCU8-DU142-32. The earlier FCA80H-4B belongs to the M80 generation and uses FCU8-MU511-001 with FCU8-DU141-32. The same 10.4-inch display class does not make these systems direct replacements.
Difference Between M80V Type A and Type B
FCA80H-4BV is the Type B configuration using FCU8-MU521-001. FCA80H-4AV uses the same FCU8-DU142-32 display but belongs to M80V Type A and uses FCU8-MU522-001. System capacity, available functions and machine configuration must be checked instead of selecting a replacement only by screen size.

Within M80V Type B, FCA80H-8BV uses a 15-type FCU8-DU182-32 touchscreen, FCA80H-9BV uses a 19-type FCU8-DU194-32 touchscreen, and FCA80P-2BV uses an 8.4-type FCU8-DU122-12 color LCD without touchscreen support. These system types should not be treated as interchangeable display variants.
