All return requests must be submitted to us before any item is shipped back.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions where applicable.
Standard returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to our approval and product condition.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging.
Customized, special-configured, specially sourced, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products that have been installed, modified, misused, damaged, or opened for repair without authorization are not eligible for return.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our “Right of Withdrawal” or “Request a Return” link available on our website, or contact us with your name, order number, email address, and the item you wish to withdraw or return.
After receiving your withdrawal or return request, we will send you a confirmation and provide further return instructions.
Please do not ship any item back before receiving our return instructions and RMA information.
Items returned under the EU right of withdrawal must be returned in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for any loss in value caused by handling, installation, modification, damage, misuse, or testing beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Customized, special-configured, specially sourced, made-to-order, or clearly personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

For standard approved returns, a minimum restocking fee of 15% or USD 100, whichever is higher, may apply.
For eligible EU consumer withdrawals, restocking fees or cancellation fees will not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
No credit or refund is guaranteed for standard returns requested after 30 days.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Orders canceled after issuance may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
For shipped orders, FANUC system products, customized items, special-configured products, and specially sourced items may be non-returnable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Deposits may be partially or fully retained as a handling fee, especially for customized, special-configured, specially sourced, or made-to-order products.
