1. Shipping Terms

  • Delivery is completed when goods are handed over to the carrier (FOB Origin / EXW REACO facility), unless otherwise agreed.
  • After delivery to the carrier, the buyer bears all transportation risks and costs.

  • We offer reliable international delivery through our trusted logistics partners — DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

    All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. International Shipments

  • The buyer acts as the Importer of Record, responsible for customs clearance, duties, VAT, and delivery to the final destination.
  • REACO CNC provides commercial invoices and packing lists for assistance but does not pay import taxes on behalf of the buyer.

4. Delays & Damages

  • If shipment is delayed at the buyer’s request, REACO CNC may charge storage or handling fees.
  • In case of shipping loss or damage, keep all packaging and contact the carrier immediately.
