αiSV20/20 Dual-Axis Function

Inside the complete amplifier, the A16B-2203-0695 provides power-stage wiring, terminal connections and distribution for the L and M servo axes. The amplifier uses sine-wave PWM control with an IGBT bridge and communicates with a compatible FANUC CNC through the FSSB servo interface. Each axis is rated at 6.5 Arms with a nominal 20 Apeak current limit.

Compatibility and Board Differences

Do not select a board only by connector position or housing size. A16B-2203-0692 is used for αiSV4/4, A16B-2203-0694 for αiSV4/20 and A16B-2203-0670 for αiSV20/40. The 400V αiSV20/20HV uses A16B-2203-0810, while the level-up αiSV20/20L uses A16B-2203-0677.

Testing and Installation

REACO CNC checks the label, PCB condition, terminals, capacitors, connectors, power devices, insulation and amplifier operation on a compatible test platform where available. Isolate all power and allow the DC link to discharge completely before service. Installation should be completed by qualified CNC personnel.
