The FANUC A20B-1007-0910 is an internal connector board used in selected FANUC Alpha i SPM-HVi spindle amplifier modules. It provides the designed electrical interface between compatible internal assemblies. This PCB is not a complete spindle amplifier, power module or standalone CNC control board.

Observed nameplates include A20B-1007-0910/01 with auxiliary marking A350-1007-T912/01 and A20B-1007-0910/02A with A350-1007-T912/02. Always order according to the complete markings on the original board because revision, contact layout and host amplifier configuration must match.

SPM-HVi Internal Connection Function

The A20B-1007-0910 forms part of the spindle module’s internal electrical structure. Correct operation depends on the matching control PCB, power PCB, connectors and mechanical mounting. Replacing this connector board does not replace the complete spindle amplifier or change its power rating.

Revision and Spindle Module Compatibility

Before ordering, compare the full A20B number, suffix revision, A350 auxiliary marking, connector positions, board dimensions, mounting points and the complete A06B-6121 host-module number. Do not substitute A20B-1007-0900 or the related -0880, -0890, -0920 and -0930 connector boards based only on similar construction.

Testing and Installation Notes

REACO CNC checks the label, PCB condition, contact pins, connectors, solder joints and applicable electrical functions before shipment. Isolate incoming power and wait for the DC bus to discharge before opening the amplifier. Installation should be completed by qualified CNC personnel using ESD protection.
