The FANUC A90L-0001-0508 is a 24VDC external radiator cooling fan motor for selected FANUC Alpha i power supply, servo and spindle amplifier modules. It moves air across the external heat-sink fins to support stable drive temperatures and is not the same as the smaller internal circulation fan.
Known manufacturer versions include the Sanyo Denki San Ace 60WF 9WF0624H4D03 and NMB 2410ML-05W-B39. Both use a 60 × 60 × 25mm frame, but current rating, label, lead length and connector details may vary. Match the original fan and drive configuration before replacement.

External Radiator Cooling Function
A90L-0001-0508 removes heat from the amplifier’s external radiator fins. Restricted airflow, worn bearings or a stopped fan can increase module temperature and contribute to fan or overheat alarms. Install the fan with the original airflow direction and connector orientation.
Alpha i Module Compatibility
FANUC service documentation identifies this motor in A06B-6110-C603 fan units used by selected Alpha i power supply and spindle amplifiers, with additional servo-amplifier applications. Confirm the complete A06B module number, fan location, mounting arrangement, plug, pin assignment and cable length.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the label, frame, blades, bearing noise, startup, running current, airflow and signal lead as applicable. Isolate power and wait for the DC bus to discharge before opening the amplifier. Do not interchange signal and power wires based only on wire color.
