Why I write
Many enquiries begin with a photo of a CNC screen or the label on a faulty part. Before discussing a repair or replacement, we need to understand the equipment, the exact alarm and what happened before the problem appeared.
The same questions often come up in those conversations: what an alarm means, how to back up a controller, or which details are needed to identify a replacement. I turn these recurring questions into articles that customers can refer to.
My technical articles draw on manufacturer documentation, my maintenance background and discussions with our repair team. I pay attention to the model details and conditions that make a procedure relevant to a particular machine.
