Basic Unit C Structure

FANUC documentation divides later 0i Mate-D hardware into Basic Unit A and Basic Unit C structures. The A02B-0321-B530 belongs to Basic Unit C and uses a different hardware composition from earlier A02B-0321-B500, B510 and B520 configurations.
