The FANUC A16B-2203-0659 is a power wiring PCB for the 200V-class FANUC αiSP 15 spindle amplifier. FANUC documentation assigns it to A06B-6141-H015 TYPE A and A06B-6142-H015 TYPE B spindle amplifier configurations.
This is an internal replacement board, not a complete spindle drive. Confirm the A16B-2203-0659 label, board revision, host A06B number, connectors and installed components before ordering.

αiSP 15 Power-Stage Function
Inside the spindle amplifier, the A16B-2203-0659 carries power-stage connections between the shared DC link and spindle motor output. The complete αiSP 15 uses sine-wave PWM control to regulate spindle speed and torque. The 63A rating and operating specifications describe the host amplifier, not the bare PCB.
TYPE A and TYPE B Compatibility
The same power board is documented in A06B-6141-H015 TYPE A and A06B-6142-H015 TYPE B, while their control PCBs differ. Match the complete module suffix, control board, software, sensors and machine configuration. Do not substitute A16B-2203-0653, which FANUC assigns to earlier A06B-6111/6112-H015 αiSP 15 modules.
Testing and Installation Notes
REACO CNC checks the label, revision, capacitors, power devices, terminals, connectors, solder condition and spindle operation as applicable. Qualified personnel should isolate power and wait for the DC link to discharge before removing the board.
