The FANUC A16B-2203-0672 is the internal wiring/power PCB for compatible two-axis FANUC αiSV40/80 servo amplifiers. FANUC assigns it to both standard αiSV40/80 and HRV4-capable αiSV40/80L configurations.

This is a replacement board, not a complete servo drive. Confirm the full PCB number, revision, A06B nameplate, connectors and power-device layout because similar αiSV boards support different current combinations.

αiSV40/80 Dual-Axis Function

Inside the complete amplifier, A16B-2203-0672 provides power-stage wiring and terminal connections for the L and M servo axes. The αiSV amplifier uses sine-wave PWM control with an IGBT bridge. Its L axis is rated at 13 Arms with a 40 Apeak nominal limit, while its M axis is rated at 19 Arms with an 80 Apeak nominal limit.

Standard and Level-Up Compatibility

A06B-6114-H208 and A06B-6117-H208 are standard αiSV40/80 amplifiers supporting HRV2 and HRV3. A06B-6117-H258 is the αiSV40/80L version supporting HRV4. Although all three use A16B-2203-0672, complete amplifiers should not be exchanged without checking the CNC, motor, control PCB and machine configuration.

Board Differences and Installation

A16B-2203-0671 is used for αiSV40/40, A16B-2203-0673 for αiSV80/80 and A16B-2203-0813 for the 400V αiSV40/80HV. REACO CNC checks the label, PCB, terminals, capacitors, connectors, power devices and compatible amplifier operation where available. Isolate power and fully discharge the DC link before service.
